While using your Window 10 PC, you may have noticed performance degradation on your computer and/or your programs and print drivers are not working properly. This is often caused by Windows 10 attempting to do an update and taking partial control of the system, services, and resources. The recommended solution for this is to help Microsoft install the updates completely before continuing to use your computer.
1. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
2. Make sure you have the time to complete installing all the upgrades.
1. Make sure there are no more pending windows update (i.e. check for windows update, reboot, repeat, -until there’s no more windows update).
i) Go to “Windows Settings” by clicking the Start or Windows button, then select “Settings” from the left side menu bar
ii) Select “Update and security”

iii) Press the “Check For update” button, when the updates are done REBOOT your system.

iv) REPEAT above steps again, as many times as necessary until it says “No Updates Found”
v) Press the “Check For update” button one more time to make sure, even if it says no more update.
vi) If there are no more updates, REBOOT, then upon restart you should now be properly updated.
